A typical system Detectors Sirens Control systems Control unit

Sirens can be installed inside and outside of the building. On receiving an intrusion signal from the control unit, these notify the alarm by sounding loud acoustic signals.
Indoor sirens, with compact dimensions and a discrete design, can also be installed in more concealed places. Outdoor sirens are larger, and are fitted with a flashing light, so as to clearly indicate the location where the alarm was triggered.

Detectors can be divided into two main categories: volumetric and perimeter. The former detect the presence of objects and any movements inside the protected area. The latter, on the other hand, are installed on doors and windows, and detect when these are opened, thus signalling that the border of the protected zone has been crossed.

Control systems

These are used to control your alarm system, and can be portable or wall-mounted. They feature different functions: activate and deactivate the alarm, partial activation, emergency call and panic button.

Control unit

This is the heart of the alarm system: it activates and deactivates the system, communicates with the detectors, sirens and transmitters.
If an alarm is activated, the control unit calls the programmed phone numbers and sends specific messages, based on the event; the user too can call the control unit to check or modify operation, listen to sounds inside the property and control the connected devices.

The NiceHome alarm system protects the desired area using exclusive “concentric circle” logic: prevention is the best way to keep out unwanted events and limit the consequences.

The protected area is divided into three zones:

ZONE A, the outermost zone, usually the garden or balcony. The sirens play voice messages to signal any attempts to intrude, before these actually begin.

ZONE B, the perimeter of the house. The sirens are activated at the first attempt to break in through doors or windows.

ZONE C, the rooms inside the house. As soon as the detectors sense an intrusion, the alarm is triggered and the control unit calls the programmed numbers or sends an SMS.
