Spider redefines garage door automation with a new generation of motors that combine performance, connectivity, and design in a single solution. Available in two versions — 1200 N with brushless technology and built-in Wi-Fi, and 800 N also with built-in Wi-Fi — it covers sectional doors up to 16.9 m² and up-and-over doors up to 19.5 m².
Spider integrates intelligent control, advanced safety features, and reduced energy consumption, adapting to the real needs of residential garages. With native Wi-Fi connectivity, brushless efficiency, and the Eye Check visual system, it allows seamless integration with the Nice ecosystem, and delivers a complete experience for installers and end users alike.
Brushless technology for intensive use
Spider 1200BLW is equipped with a brushless motor engineered for up to 150 cycles per day. The result is a powerful, precise, fast, and silent motor with significantly less maintenance and a longer operating life compared to traditional motors.
Built-in Wi-Fi for full smart control
Native Wi-Fi connectivity allows home owners to control, monitor, and manage the garage door from anywhere via the Nice app — no additional modules required.
Design that fits anywhere
Spider has been redesigned with minimal bulk in mind: a compact metal base, a fully integrated carriage, and a thin track. Clean, refined, and discreet — with a built-in LED courtesy light and full compatibility with previous Nice motor installations.
Sustainable by design
Designed with sustainability in mind, from production through to everyday operation, Spider has obtained the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). CO₂ emissions are reduced by 25% compared to the previous Nice model, standby consumption drops by 90% thanks to the integrated standby module, and the brushless motor cuts operational energy use by up to 20%.
Eye Check: visual feedback at a glance
Integrated green and red LED lights on the motor body provide real-time visual feedback on the automation status. A simple, intuitive system that guides programming, signals when maintenance is needed, and confirms when everything is operating correctly — making diagnostics immediate for installers and reassuring for end users.
Easier setup, start to finish
Spider's new pivoting rail bracket makes solo installation possible — no second pair of hands required. The installer can now secure and align the rail independently: a small but significant change that saves time on site and gives installers full autonomy from start to finish.
