Nice Brasil has been recognized among the Best Companies for Consumers 2026 by Reclame AQUI, Brazil's leading platform for consumer reputation and customer service. The recognition places Nice Brasil among the country's most trusted brands and qualifies the company to compete for the title of Best Company for the Consumer in its segment, with the popular vote now open.

A Recognition Built on Real Customer Experiences

Reclame AQUI's award is considered the country's largest recognition of reputation and customer service, with consumers choosing the companies that deliver the best experiences and resolve problems efficiently. Its most recent edition brought together more than 750,000 registered companies, around 2,000 nominees in over 400 categories, and nearly 30 million votes. Only companies with a positive reputation can register, and approved brands are then nominated.

Final Vote

The competition now moves into its decisive phase, in which companies compete within their segments for the title of Best Company for the Consumer 2026. Voting opens on September 2 at 12pm and closes on November 5 at 11:59pm, and the champions will be announced in December.
