Nice North America Appoints Danielle Karr As Vice President of Marketing

Carlsbad, Calif. — Dec. 18, 2024 — Nice, a global leader in Home and Business Management solutions, today announced Danielle Karr as its new Vice President of Marketing for North America. This move underscores the company’s commitment to enhance the support of its partner programs and drive new, innovative marketing plans to expand the company's North American footprint.

With an extensive career spanning Vivint, Control4, Snap One, and more, Danielle brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of creating engaging, customer-centric marketing strategies. Her expertise in building meaningful connections with partners and delivering impactful campaigns will further strengthen the company's dedication to empowering the dealer network for Nice.

This leadership change also marks an exciting new direction for Mark Owen Burson, who has been instrumental in shaping the Nice North America marketing efforts through the company's acquisition of Nortek Security & Control and multiple brand transitions to the Nice name. Mark now leads the company’s ProAV Solutions division, a rapidly expanding sector with significant opportunities for partners. His expertise will help Nice redefine the ProAV space and provide new growth avenues for its dealer network.
