How long have you been at Nice, and what do you enjoy the most about working here?

I recently celebrated two years with Nice, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. Having spent over 20 years in the automatic gate industry, I am truly passionate about the products, solutions and experiences we create for installers and end users. Working at Nice gives me the opportunity to collaborate with all the different teams to optimize the overall customer experience when it comes to integrating our products into their homes.

What would you say is the key to success in this industry?

The key to success in the automatic gate industry includes having deep knowledge and understanding of the following: the customer, our competitors, and technology. It is essential to stay ahead of innovation, while maintaining focus on the installer and end-user experience. Success comes as a result of delivering reliable, intuitive solutions and providing customer support every step of the way, building confidence in our products, team and brand.

Tell us a fun experience you had while working here.

Since I work remotely, I truly value the moments when I can connect with co-workers and customers in person, whether it be at the office, at a happy hour or at industry events. FenceTech 2024 was my first industry event with Nice, where we hosted a customer appreciation event and had a team dinner that allowed me to connect and laugh with individuals I don't see on a regular basis. Events like these create genuine connections, encourage open communication and build trust and rapport, both internally and with our customers.

What message would you like to send to distributors and installers who are considering becoming partners of Nice?

What do you like to do outside of work?

I recharge by adventuring and spending quality time with my husband and sister - whether it's taking scenic walks, sporting events, concerts, exploring new restaurants or traveling.
