Warranty and Returns

A return authorization number assigned by your Nice representative must accompany all returned parts or product. Parts or product that are returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Please note that only the GC2 & GC3 panels and cell radio modules that were sold after 10/30/23 will qualify for the new 3-year warranty. Any product sold prior to 10/30/23 will still be under the original warranty.

Nice Audio/Power Limited Warranty

Nice offers a comprehensive limited warranty for their audio and power products. This warranty ensures that products are free from defects in material and workmanship, with coverage durations varying by product category. Out-of-Warranty Product

Nice will not repair out of warranty products. Customers are encouraged to purchase a replacement product for their needs. Products under warranty will continue to be covered by our standard warranty and returns policy, outlined below.
