How to programme the Nice OX2 receiver

This video provides instructions on how to memorise a Nice transmitter in the OX2 receiver, delete a single transmitter from the memory and totally delete the receiver memory.

This procedure is valid for Era Inti, Era One, Era Flor, Flor and Very VR series transmitters.

FAQ

1) Which transmitters can I memorise in the OX2 receiver?

Info

The receiver can memorise Nice transmitters with O-Code, FloR, TTS, Flo and Smilo encoding.

The receiver can memorise only transmitters belonging to the same encoding family.

2) How can I verify if other transmitters have been memorised in the OX2 receiver?

Info

To find out if other transmitters have already been memorised in the receiver and to which encoding family they belong, proceed as follows, respecting the sequence:

  1. Shut off power to the receiver;
  2. Power the receiver again and observe the number of flashes emitted by the LED:
    - 1 flash = Flo encoding
    - 2 flashes = O-Code / FloR / TTS encoding
    - 3 flashes = Smilo encoding
    - 5 flashes = no transmitter installed.

3) How can I memorise a transmitter in the OX2 receiver?

Info

There are two ways to memorise a transmitter in the receiver.

  • Method 1: Using this method, you can memorise all the keys of the transmitter, or a group of them, in the receiver in a single operation. The keys are automatically associated with the outputs of the receiver.
  • Method 2: Using this method, you can memorise one single key of the transmitter in the receiver and choose with which receiver output it will be associated.

To memorise the transmitter in the receiver following the step-step procedure or Method 2, watch the video, or proceed as follows.

Associating the transmitter with output 1 of the receiver:

  • Press the key of the OX2 receiver once and check that the corresponding green LED starts flashing.
  • Press and hold the key of the transmitter you want to associate with the receiver until the LED on the receiver emits three long flashes to show that memorisation has taken place, then release.
  • Wait for the green LED on the receiver to stop flashing.

Associating the transmitter with output 2 of the receiver:

  • Press the key of the OX2 receiver twice and check that the corresponding green LED starts flashing twice a second.
  • Press and hold the key of the transmitter you want to associate with the receiver until the LED on the receiver emits three long flashes to show that memorisation has taken place, then release.
  • Wait for the green LED on the receiver to stop flashing.

4) How can I delete a single transmitter from the memory of the OX2 receiver?

Info

To delete a single transmitter from the memory of the receiver, follow the procedure shown in the video, or proceed as follows, respecting the sequence:

  • Press and hold the key of the receiver.
  • When the green LED comes on steadily, keep pressing the key of the receiver.
  • At the same time, press and hold the key of the transmitter you want to delete until the LED on the receiver emits 5 quick flashes.
  • Release both keys.

5) How can I totally delete the memory of the OX2 receiver?

Info

To totally delete the memory of the receiver, follow the procedure shown in the video, or proceed as follows, respecting the sequence:

  • Press and hold the key of the receiver.
  • Wait until the corresponding LED comes on steadily, goes off, then flashes 3 times.
